This page lists the third-party subprocessors Chartless uses to provide the Service, as disclosed under Section 7 of our Business Associate Agreement. We'll update this page whenever a subprocessor is added, changed, or removed.

Stores client records, and generates AI-assisted notes from voice transcriptions (Amazon Bedrock).

Microsoft Corporation

Speech-to-text (compliance mode only)

Converts voice recordings to text for organizations that have activated HIPAA compliance mode on their account.
